Things needed

• Paper
• Tape
• Black pen
• Scissors
• Books

+ some creativity

 Draw some grids on the paper.

Fill in the grids with patterns in a checkered board pattern . 

Use your creativity and make all sorts of patterns.

Cover the book with the paper , with tape ....

And you are finished.

You can do anything you like with this , you can colour it in , draw with a different colour.....
