A Cold Saturday with Hot Tea

Hello everyone ,  I had bad bout of fever and cold , last Saturday . I woke up at 4:00 am and then went to sleep and finally woke up at 6:00am. Do you know ginger green tea is good for you when you're sick ? Well here's the recipe :

Ginger Green Tea

Ginger (of course )
Green tea or Black tea
Cloves or Garlic
Sugar

Heat the required amount of water and ginger and cloves or garlic in a saucepan. After its been boiled turn the stove off and put the green tea in , if you are using black tea then add the tea before turning it off. Let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes, after that strain the tea using a strainer.  You can add sugar as much as you desire . I recommend honey if you are using green tea.Serve it hot . Enjoy .
